Our Facilities

On your arrival at our luxury 5 Star quality bed and breakfast there is a large private gravel driveway amidst mature Oak and Beech trees, generously catering for up to 6 guest vehicles. There is a 9-foot high grade II flint wall both bordering the driveway and enclosing the south facing lawns and landscaped gardens of Incleborough.

Once inside, there is an elegant Drawing room with plush leather sofas and an open fireplace. A computer is provided for guests to use (at no charge) with Internet access. A selection of books are available to read and a quality surround sound system for light music to accompany temptingly delicious home made cakes and tea, which are served each afternoon for guests.

There are three sumptuous bedrooms, each are individual and very different (Master, Rose and Oakleaf). Each one has luxury en-suite facilities with drench showers and under floor warming, the Master has a Tilevision TV embedded in the wall above the bath and a remote controlled gas fire in the sitting area. All the bedrooms have lovely views and offer 5 Star luxury such as LCD television with DVD player, Sky and its own luxury surround sound stereo system, tea and coffee making facilities, small fridge, computer access and comfortable chairs and possibly the most comfortable beds you will ever experience. Whilst the ensuite bathrooms with gorgeous Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and slippers positively entice you to relax and unwind after a days activities.



The finishing touch is provided by complimentary red and white wine, fresh fruit, chocolates, soft drinks, still and sparkling water, tea and coffee making with biscuits and a daily newspaper of your choice in each guest room. And what’s more, these are topped up on each day of your stay!

A 5 Star luxury Breakfast with its flexible timing is offered at white linen topped oak tables in breakfast conservatory, which has a lush indoor tropical garden. There is a comprehensive breakfast choice using locally sourced ingredients, including a full English, home made bread, lightly smoked kipper and home made granola with seasonal fruits. Try the slow home baked marmalade ham, served cold and cut thick with poached eggs.

For dinner there are a variety of eating-houses in the immediate area near Cromer, some within walking distance, with West Runton, Sheringham and Holt being close by. Ask for a copy of our local restaurant guide, which has been compiled from good feedback from previous guests. North Norfolk restaurants can get busy; it is therefore essential to book to avoid disappointment
